I am a Person-Centred counsellor. My practice is based on the the theory originated by Carl Rogers, which holds that therapeutic growth and change takes place when a relationship characterised by understanding and acceptance is established between the counsellor and the client.

The practice of Person-Centred counselling is non-directive and non-interpretive. I am committed to offering opportunities to people of all backgrounds to experience a therapeutic relationship based on the values of the Person-Centred Approach.

I am concerned to continue to develop my awareness of the diversity of people and to value this as an ethical imperative.

I work with person centred art therapy skills, and am based in Hackney, London
